In a bowl add egg. Add in salt and beat well. In a fry pan add oil and pour beaten egg. Spread the egg. Cook till both sides done.

Grease the sandwich maker. Place bread slice. Place egg pieces. Sprinkle black pepper.

Top with another slice of bread. Close the sandwich maker and cook until done. Remove.

Egg sandwiches are ready to serve. Serve with tea.
