Steps

Paratha preparation: In a bowl put maida, salt, sugar and oil and mix it well. Now add water in it and knead well so that it becomes smooth.

After kneading apply some ghee in the bowl and grease it well put the dough in it and let ot rest for 15 minutes.

Now cut the dough into your required pieces and roll it thin. After rolling cut it in strips and combine all the strips together and make a ball again. Make all the balls from the same method.

Now cover and let it rest for 8-10 minutes and now roll it with gentle hands. Don't press it so hard.

Apply ghee on tawa and fry it. Lachedar paratha is ready.

Chai preparation: In a pot add water and boil it. When boil add chai patti and boil again.

After boiling, slow down the stove then add sugar and milk and then cook the mixture. Tea has been ready.

Serve it with hot paratha and butter.
