Ingredients

  • 1big cucumber, chopped (you can peel it if you like)
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • Few leaves of fresh mint
  • Sugar syrup/honey
  • 1/2 cupcold water

    In a blender/food processor, blend together all the above ingredients

    Sieve (you can serve it without sieving)
