Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchopped beans
  2. 1/2 cupchopped cucumber
  3. 1/4 cupchopped Avocado
  4. 2 tspchopped banana
  5. Black Salt as per taste
  6. 1 tspchia seeds
  7. 1 tspflax seeds
  8. leavesFew Mint

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the beans then chopped and blamched it for few minutes then strain the wate and put it in cold water

  2. 2

    Now chopped the other veggies, then grind it to form a fine purée add orange juice

  3. 3

    Mix everything together, add salt serve this with flax seeds and chia seeds
