  1. 20prawn heads, tails and shells
  2. Cornflour
  3. Sunflower oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep heads, tails and shells of prawns. It’s from Spain, Mediterranean and the size of fingers.

  2. 2

    Mix them with cornflour. The powder should coat the shrimp.

  3. 3

    Pour oil onto a pan, heat it up and fry them.

    Put on a kitchen paper and absorb excess oil. Then just eat. You could put some salt but not necessary.
