Wash, peel off, and grate the beetroot.

Heat ghee in a wok and put mustard seeds.

Now add cumin seeds and sauté.

Add finely chopped onions and sauté till the onion turns translucent.

Add grated beetroot, chilli powder and salt.

Cover and cook for 6-7 minutes.

Now add cooked rice and mix well.

Cook on high flame for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
