Steps

Take a bowl add Chickpea flour (Basan), Flour (Atta)., Red chili powder, White zeera, Ajwein, Baking soda, Salt, Red chili crushed, Coriander crush & mix all the dry ingredients.

Then add water & make a liquid paste.

Now in liquid paste add Onion, potato, green chili, coriander leave and mix well.

Now heat oil in a wok then make fry pakora until golden brown.

Now Pakora is ready to Serve with ketchup, Mayonnaise, or any kind of chitni as your desire.
