This was inspired by my teacher in high school and is a dinner winner for the kids can add hot potato chips if you like.

This was inspired by my teacher in high school and is a dinner winner for the kids can add hot potato chips if you like.
Steps

Place chicken nibbles into a large bowl and add garlic powder, onion powder and salt and toss around with clean hands

Place Chicken nibbless into a roasting dish and bake at 180°c for 20 - 30 mins.

Finely chop onions and garlic.

Add oil to a sauce pan and saute onions.

Once onions are soft add garlic until garlic is soft as well, then add soy sauce, Oyster sauce to the sauce pan.

Bring the sauce to a light boil then remove from heat.

Pour sauce into a blender and process until smooth consistency then pour in sweet Chilli sauce.

Pour the sauce back in into the sauce pan and simmer to get a thicker sauce. ( You can also use excess stock from chicken nibbles in your sauce but be sure to boil in a separate pot before you use, up to you.

Once sauce is ready brush sauce over each chicken and put back in oven and repeat three times. when done pour excess sauce in with the chicken.

Once cooked you can plate up with salad and drizzle more sauce over your chicken if you like

Once all is done you can add sour cream on the nibbles hope you enjoy
