For paratha: ek bharha bowl lein us main namak aur atte ko mix karle,phir Pani Mila Kar dough ko achi tarha ghound lein,phir dhak Kar 20-30 mins ke liye rakh dein.

Small atta ki dough lekar ball bana lein,mein coat kar lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa dough ko bail lein.

Melted ghee laga kar upper sa atta chirak dein,top edge sa last edge take dough ko roll kar lein, stretch kar ka twist karein aur swiss roll ki tarhan roll kar lein aur edge ko join kar dein.

Press kar ka atta mein coat kar lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa dough ko bail lein.

Tawa garam karein aur paratha ko dono sides sa ghee mein fry kar lein.Paratha ready hy Garma Garam paish Karein.

For Tea:In a kettle add water, tea & sugar then bring it to boil.

Add milk & bring it to boil,then serve hot.

For Eggs: In a frying pan heat oil.

Add Eggs sprinkle salt and cover. Let it cook in steam for 1-2 minutes until eggs are done.
