Healthy Breakfast table

Breakfast is most important meal of the day. So healthy breakfast is a key to get right energy and nutrition. I set a breakfast table that has whole wheat parathas(fried in olive oil),boiled eggs, fried eggs, shami kebabs, arvi ka sabzi, some cream cheese (triangles), green olives (filled with almonds), Greek yogurt, butter, margarine, dates, fresh strawberries, gajar ka halwa, fruit chat, dry fruits and drinks includes fresh orange juice, tea, milk and water. Here I will share the recipe for "Arvi ki sabzi".
