Ingredients

  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 1 cupbuttermilk
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 packeteno

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix semolina, water and buttermilj in a bowl and keep it aside for 10 mins.

  2. 2

    Put salt and eno in the semolina and mix.

  3. 3

    Immediately pour batter in idli mould and steam for 8-10 mins.

  4. 4

    Serve idlis hot with sambar or chutney.
