Ingredients

  1. 200 mlmolk
  2. 2 handfulspinach
  3. 1egg
  4. 100 gflour (spaldova)
  5. Olive oil or butter to fried pancake
  6. Salt, pepper to taste
  7. Filling
  8. 1onion
  9. 3 piecesgarlic
  10. 250 gramsMushroom
  11. 2 spoonsolive oil
  12. 4 piecesthyme
  13. 2 handfulspinach
  14. Salt, pepper to taste
  15. Dressing
  16. 150 mlsour cream
  17. 1 piecegarlic
  18. Salt, pepper to taste
  19. 1-2Tymn
  20. Walnuts for final look

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix milk spinach, add egg, flour. Bake pancakes till dough is still green.

  2. 2

    For filling start with onion and garlic chopped on small pieces and baked on oil. Add mushroom, thyme and cook another 5 minutes. At the end add spinach and let it wilt. At the end add salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    You can add to filling also meat bake upfront (I used turkey cut on small pieces baked on olive oil with salt and pepper for 5 minutes)

  4. 4

    Dip is made as a mix of all ingredients in separate bowl.
