Take a wok add oil and saute onion,garlic,eliachi, and cashew, saute for a sec then add tomatoes cook till it becomes soft after cool down the mixtures make a puree.

Then take a woke.add butter and oil then add red chilli pwder stir then add puree strain it while adding

Then add turmeric coriander powder cook till it loose oil..when it starts thickening add kasuri methi,and add ketchup for a little bit tangy taste cook another 5 mins, then add fresh cream mix it well and cover it.

After 10 min the gravy should be like this if the gravy is too thick add half cup water and let it be coom for 5 mins, then add our paneer cubes mix it well now it done to serve.

Serve it with your fav bread, garlic Parantha, naan.
