Egg Biryani with Mix Veggies

Wash n soak Rice for 1/2 an hour,In a Sepri, put 1tsp Oil/ghee,add whole garam masala, saute for few minutes,put soaked Rice, Salt as per taste, for 10 minutes',put Mix Vegs for few minutes and drain water from it and keep, aside.

Boil Eggs and peel off,fry the Eggs in a Kadai by putting,,1tsp Oil,haldi, Red chilli powder, saute for few minutes and keep aside.In the same Kadai put Oil,add onion paste,stir till it's become light brown colour,now add little Red chilli powder, tomato puree, ginger garlic paste,add all Spices,salt,put fried Eggs, grated coconut, and cover the Kadai for few minutes.Now make three portions of cooked Rice by adding, colour (green, orange, white) mix with Egg Gravy to all portions and put al

Put again in Gas for few minutes and give Tadkaa of Ghee over with Biryani masala and little garam masala powder and granish with corrriander leaves, kasuri methi and mint leaves

Lastly serve hot with Curd and papad, yummy it taste
