Cooking Instructions

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add 2 green cardamom

Then add 1 cup cubed onion and fry stirring often until they turn transparent

Next add 1 1/2 cup tomatoes and salt,saute for 3 minutes cover and cook till onion and tournament soft

Next add 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp coriander powder, 12 casew nuts and red chilli powder,saute for 3 mins

Turn off the gas stove and cool this completely

Transfee to a blender with1 cup water,blend to a silky smooth puree

Then heat 1 1/2 tsp butter in the pan

Add1/2inch China money, 3 cloves,,2 green cardamom and small bay leaves

Reduce the flame to low,saute 1 1_2 tsp ginger garlic paste for 1 min

Pour 1/2 cup water and mix well,cover and cook on a medium flame until the gravy thickness

When the gravy is done,it will turn thick and traces, taste the gravy and add more salt if needed

Lower the flame completely, then add 250 frames paneer.take 1 tsp kasuri methi to your palm and crush them,sprinkle this

Transfer paneer butter masala to a serving bowl,garnish with coriander leaves
