Ingredients

  • -300 GmsPaneer
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Onion Chopped
  • 10Red Chili
  • 3 Tomato Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Cashew Nuts
  • 3 Tsp Ghee
  • 2 TspKashmiri Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala , Kasuri Methi
  • as neededCoriander Leaves ,
  • -2 TbspFresh Cream
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    1. Heat some oil in a kadai, add onions, red chilies, tomatoes and cashews and saute till they are completely cooked.
    2. Add salt and water to help them cook evenly and faster
    3. Cool the ingredients and then grind it to a smooth paste.
    4. Heat a kadai on a low to medium flame with ghee, add red chili powder.

    5. Put the ground paste and add garam masala, salt,
    coriander leaves and kasuri methi (crush them with your palms).
    6. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes on low flame.
    7. Add sugar and cream
    8. Add diced paneer pieces  and mix well and cook for another 2 mins.
    9. Turn off the stove and serve it hot with a dollop of
