I only had soy milk in the fridge. I used it instead of milk to make cookies and they came out tasty.

Ingredients

70 servings
  1. 30 gramsMargarine
  2. 40 gramsSugar
  3. 20 gramsAlmond flour
  4. 30 gramsSoy milk or milk
  5. 1 dashVanilla oil
  6. 60 gramsCake flour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put the margarine and sugar in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.

  2. 2

    Add the almond flour, soy milk, and vanilla oil and mix.

  3. 3

    Sift in the cake flour and mix lightly. Put the cookie dough into a piping bag.

  4. 4

    Squeeze the dough out to make small cookies. Bake in a 338°F/170℃ oven for 15-17 minutes.
