  • to tasteSalt
  • 1big size onion
  • 1 bunchchopped methi( fenugreek leaves)
  • 1 teaspoondhaniya ( coriander)powder
  • 1 teaspoonamchoor( dry mango) powder
  • 1 teaspoonajwain/ carom seeds
  • 1/2 bunchchopped coriander leaves
  • 3 tablespoonoil
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • as neededOil for frying

    Take bowl add all ingredients and mix well with water
