In aplate combine all ingredients and make a dough.Keep this for resting for atleast 15 minutes coating with ghee.

Make equal size balls.Take shall size atta roll and flatten them.

Spread ghee and dust little flour.Fold the 4 sides of roti inwards.

Dust roti with atta and roll again of desired thickness.

Heat a Tawa put roti over it at medium flame. Flip both side when they have bubbles.Add ghee or bParthautter over parTha and cook till little crisp.

Our paratha is ready.Serve with your favorite curry or simply with curd and salad.
