Ingredients

  • 500 gmssarson (washed)
  • 250 gmsPalak(washed)
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1Green chilli chopped
  • 2 tbspGreen garlic chopped
  • 4-5tomato pureed/ chopped
  • 2onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder

    Add onion, sarson and Palak to cooker and boil it.

    In a Kadhai add oil green garlic,and other masala along with tomato pury.

    Add Sarson and Palak(paste to it) (optional) and all the dry masala

    Cook it for 2 mins and and cover it for 5 mins.
