Kashmiri Chai/Noon Tea
2 cups of kehwa is enough for 6 to 8 cups of tea

In a sauce pan add 2 cups of water along with whole spices pink tea leaves salt nd green tea bring a boil

Jab boil ajai to add baking soda aur ache se pehntiyan lagai chai ki md cover it nd cook it in a medium flame for around 30 mins

When 1/4 cups kehwa remains add 2 cups of ice chilled water nd again pehnti lagai nd cover it cook in medium flame till again you will get 1/4 cup of kehwa

Now again add 3 cups of ice chilled water cook dor another 10 to 15 mins nd stir well when 2 cups of kehwa remains

Kehwa is ready cool down completly nd can be stored in a fridge up to 1 months

Now boil 3 cups of milk add sugar nd mixed it well once sugar dissolved add pistachio nd almonds nd 3/4 cup or as required kehwa md cook for 2 mins

Now pour this in a cups nd garnish with almonds nd pistachio
