Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cupswater
  • 2 tbspkashmiri tea
  • 1/4 tspgreen tea
  • 1 inchcinnimon stick
  • 4-5cloves
  • 1star anise
  • 10-11green cardamom
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1/4 tsppink food colour liquid its optional
  • 2 cupsice chilled water
  • 3 cupsice chilled water
  • 3 cupsmilk
  • 2 tbspor to taste sugar
  • 2 tbspchopped almonds
  • 2 tbspchopped pistachio
  • 1 tspalmonds chopped for garnish
  • 1 tsppistachio choppes for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a sauce pan add 2 cups of water along with whole spices pink tea leaves salt nd green tea bring a boil

  2. 2

    Jab boil ajai to add baking soda aur ache se pehntiyan lagai chai ki md cover it nd cook it in a medium flame for around 30 mins

  3. 3

    When 1/4 cups kehwa remains add 2 cups of ice chilled water nd again pehnti lagai nd cover it cook in medium flame till again you will get 1/4 cup of kehwa

  4. 4

    Now again add 3 cups of ice chilled water cook dor another 10 to 15 mins nd stir well when 2 cups of kehwa remains

  5. 5

    Kehwa is ready cool down completly nd can be stored in a fridge up to 1 months

  6. 6

    Now boil 3 cups of milk add sugar nd mixed it well once sugar dissolved add pistachio nd almonds nd 3/4 cup or as required kehwa md cook for 2 mins

  7. 7

    Now pour this in a cups nd garnish with almonds nd pistachio
