In a microwave safe bowl add condensed milk, ghee, milk powder, almond powder and pistachio powder. Mix all together and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove and give it a stir and microwave for 2 minutes. Remove mix well and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove and add saffron, cardamom powder and green colour and mix well. Keep mixing for a minute and transfer in a greaseproof dish.

Heat ghee on medium heat in a non stick pan. Add condensed milk, milk powder, pistachios and almond powder. If you wish you can add green colour at this stage if preferred. Mix well and keep stirring continuously for about 5 minutes. Once the mixture starts leaving the side add saffron and cardamom powder and mix. Turn off the gas and transfer in a greased tray. Let it set for 30minutes and cut desired shape.
