Black Tea Pork

Jotting down the this recipe, that is often requested by my friends.
Please serve after marinating overnight! It will keep in the refrigerator for a week.
My friend who doesn't like meat eats this Black Tea Pork. It can be arranged to be used in other dishes like fried rice. Slabs of meat usually sold in 300-400 g pieces can be cooked with these measurements. If it is more than 500 g, please adjust the cooking time. Recipe by Coffee tan

Tie the slab of meat with kitchen twine.

In a pot, heat water with tea bags and boil for a few minutes. Take out the tea bags.

Add the meat. Simmer for 40 to 50 minutes. Skim off the scum. Turn over the meat time to time. Do not cover with a lid.

While cooking the meat, mix the ☆ ingredients in a bowl for the dipping sauce.

When the meat is cooked, dip it in the sauce while it is still hot. When it has cooled down a little, put everything in a plastic bag and let it rest in the refrigerator.

Please enjoy after marinating overnight. t won't taste good on the same day.

Serve with lettuce or other side dishes you like with the dipping sauce as a dressing. It will be bland by itself.

Addendum) Boiled eggs can be marinated deliciously with this dipping sauce.

When resting the meat with the sauce in the refrigerator, make sure it is not leaking from the plastic bag or Ziploc bag. Place a Styrofoam tray under the bag.
