Keep all ingredients ready.

Now in big vessel take all flours and mix it well.

Add all ingredients one by one and mix it well.

Add some water and make soft dough. Rest it for 10 minutes.

Make thin log shape of dough and put in steamer. And steam it for 15 minutes.

Cut in small roundels. Heat the oil add mustard seeds, jeera and sesame seeds. Add pinch of hing add muthiya and toss it well. Enjoy with hot tea.
