Ingredients

  • 1 bunchmethi leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 cupgrated paneer
  • 1 pinchturmeric powder
  • 1big size chopped onion
  • SomeChopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1 cuptamarind chutney
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1/3 cupwater
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • As requriedOil for frying
  • 1 teaspoonchat masala

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and put besan in it. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder to it. Mix it well.

  2. 2

    Now add finely chopped methi, grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves and chopped onion to it. Mix it again.

  3. 3

    Now add salt to it and make pakora batter. Batter should be of medium consistency. Not too thick nor too thin.

  4. 4

    Add baking soda to it and keep it aside for 10 mins.

  5. 5

    Now take frying pan and add oil to it. Let the oil gets hot. Add small portion of pakora batter to oil. Make sure flame should be medium to low. Fry these pakora till it turns to golden brown.

  6. 6

    Top up these pakora with chat masala and serve it hot with tamarind chutney.

  7. 7

    Our yummy tasty pakoras is ready.
