Vegetable Pulao
Steps

Wash rice and soak it in water for 15 -20 minutes. drain and keep aside until needed.

Heat oil on low flame add onion and saute until it turns light brown

Add chopped tomatoes and green peas
- 4
Stir fry and add soaked rice, garam masala, turmeric powder,red chili powder and salt, green fresh garlic

Close the lid and cook medium flame for 2 whistle. When 1st whistle is completed reduce the flame to low and cook until another whistle turn off flame

Open the lid carefully and fluff the rice with a fork. Transfer it to a serving bowl add garnish with fresh coriander leaves
