Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add saute one spoon onion.

Add the washed rice to the pan and stir then add the 2 1/2 glasses of water and pinch of salt, stir and cover. Let cook for 15 mins.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and saute the remaining onions.
- 4
Add the sliced tomato and carrots to the pan and stir.
- 5
Add the western beans to the mixture and stir
- 6
Add royco cubes, a pinch of salt, blackpepper to taste...then add some water, stir and let cook for 10 mins
- 7
Portion the rice and stew and serve
