Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a pan and fry Walnut, Almond and Jaggery. Now grind it rough.

Dough rice flour with 2 cup of hot milk smoothly.

Make small balls and stuff with walnut mixture.

Cook the stuffed balls in steam for 10 minutes.

Boil the cooked bolls in 1/2 litre milk for 5 minutes. Add milkmaid, charoli and cardamom powder.

Put walnut pitha in a serving bowl and garnish with walnut and strawberry. Walnut pitha is ready.
