Ingredients

  1. 150 mlMilk
  2. 3 tbspSkim milk
  3. 2 tbspCake flour
  4. 2 tbspBrown sugar
  5. 1 tbsp+ 1 teaspoon Powdered coffee
  6. 1~ 1 teaspoon Rum (optional)
  7. 3drops Vanilla extract (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Add all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend lightly.

    Transfer the Step 1 mixture to a heatproof dish. Loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes at 500 ~ 600 W, then mix.

  3. 3

    Microwave for another minute, and mix, then it's done. Add 3 g of butter to your liking. It will give a milder finish.
