Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

I haven't eaten eggs for so long that even the slightest smell of egg bothers me. So I came up with a delicious cookie recipe that doesn't use eggs. These are best made with good-quality butter.

If you like, add macadamia nuts to the dough - it makes the finished cookies extra delicious.

In Step 1, don't worry if the dough doesn't come together entirely (if it all comes apart, lightly push it together as you mix it).

Take care not to over-mix after adding the flour. Recipe by Amasamon
