Wash the vegetables, peel them, and steam until cooked.

Melt the butter, then add garlic, onion, green onions, and ground meat in order. Stir briefly, then pour in the milk (be careful not to use too much butter to avoid greasiness).

Add all the vegetables to the pot and pour in more milk, cook for about 2 minutes, and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Blend to your desired consistency.

The result 😚 I like it thick, so the bowl will be creamy like this. If making an appetizer, add a little water to thin it out to taste.
