Prepare a fine paste of cashews, desiccated coconut powder, mint leaves,coriander leaves if necessary add 3-4 tablespoons water. Pulse in blender until fine paste is ready. Further take a Kadhai add oil in it while it’s warm add cardamoms,cinnamon sticks,cloves,bay leaves sauté for few seconds then add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown

Further add the green paste prepared sauté until it’s raw smell disappears further add ginger garlic paste mix well

Here add the whisked yoghurt fry until it’s raw smell disappears now add all the spices & cook until oil separates. Let it come to warm temperature.

Just before serving pop in the deliciously awesome 3G koftas as shown in my previous recipe. Looks delicious in the creamy rich green gravy...!

Tip of the day:- never drop koftas in boiling gravy as it may dissolve and get mashed prepare it and just add koftas to gravy while serving if the gravy is warm it’s fine we can just add slightly roll in gravy & enjoy...!
