Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl, add milk, yeast and sugar. Mix well. Rest for 5 minutes. Yeast will get activated.

Add salt, garlic and oregano. Mix well. Then add butter. Mix again.

Add flour and knead a soft dough. Apply oil and cover it.

Keep it in the microwave or some warm place for proofing for at least 2 hours. Meanwhile prepare the garlic butter. Take butter, melt it, add oregano and coriander leaves and cheesy garlic. Keep it aside.

Now once its doubled in size, spread it on the kitchen top or plank using little dry maida. Spread the dough with your fingers. Then apply the mixture prepared for garlic butter and cheese.

Fold it and seal the edges, make marks with a knife. Bake it in an oven for 25-30 minutes till done.

Serve it with cheesy dip.
