Gobhi gosht /mutton with cauliflower

First of all in a pot add oil and sliced cutted onion make it light brown in colour

Then add mutton pieces along with ginger garlic paste

Now add all the spices which I mentioned above red chilli powder,salt,garam masala, turmeric powder,etc

Now stir it and mix all together add half cup of water and cover it in slow flame for 35 to 40 minutes to tender the meat

When meat became tender add tomatoes then again cook in high flame until tomatoes become homogeneous

Then add cauliflower pieces and again add 1 cup of water and cover for 10 minutes in slow flame

When oil comes out on top garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and green chillies

Serve with hot chapaty or naan and enjoy !
