Steps

In a karahi add ghee when it melts then add condensed milk add milk powder mix it well then after 5 min add zafran milk(zafran dissolve into milk)

Theb mix it well and stirr the spoon continuosly(flame should b medium to low)when paira mixture become thick add elaichi powder and mix it

Mix it now dish out and cool down the mixture...

Now make the paira(greeses your hands with little bit ghee) and serve it with khopra or almonds and whatever you like...
