Firstly wash and drain the Chana deal with the strainer

Pour in mixer jar add 6-7garlic pods,2green Chilli grind the Chana daal in a mixer grinder, add salt according to taste keep aside

Meanwhile heat a kadhai add 3cup of water in this add 1tsp ghee and salt then add 3cup of rice flour continuously stir it

Turn the gas off and mash and make a smooth dough

Then make a small size chapati and in a middle put the daal batter in a middle and shape it,grease the plate with oil and place it in a steamer.

In a low medium flame cook it for 10-15min after that turn off the gas

Heat a kadhai add 1tsp cumin seed,2-3dried red chilies add fhare
- 8
Stir for a min its ready,serve with sabzi or chutney
