Sandwich Coleslaw

Adding crunchy vegetables to sandwich fillings makes them delicious.
This coleslaw is lightly seasoned and perhaps a bit too plain on its own, so it's best as a sandwich filling along with fried meats such as katsu or fried fish, or with roasted pork or beef. Recipe by KiwieKiwie

BBQ jackfruit sandwich with pineapple slaw BBQ jackfruit sandwich with pineapple slaw
This is a great vegan dish that tastes just like BBQ pulled pork sandwiches. The pineapple overs a nice sweetness to it. I get my Jackfruit from Whole Foods in a can, you can get it fresh but it is very difficult to cut up as the fruit is massive. You can also buy premade bbq jackfruit from the brand Upton if in a time crunch. kelsey schoendorf -

Coleslaw Coleslaw
I get asked all the time "how do you make your coleslaw?" I always say I just throw some ingredients together until it tastes right... and that's what I really did. Well I finally took the time to measure and actually write it down. This is how I make mine, but you can adjust any of the ingredients to your own taste preference.Make sure you make the dressing separately and it tastes right before you mix it in with your veggies.
