First boiled and grind the spinach.

Now prepare kofta..take gram flour in a pan and roast it, add spinach paste to it. add all masala.

Take paneer, crush it. mash it add masala in it.

Prepare balls.

Fry them.

Now prepare gravy. take a pan, add oil. after that garam masala jeera in it. add onion tomato ginger garlic paste and cashew in it.

Take it out after 10 minutes..grind it.

Now this paste add in pan...add masala...keep stirring...

After 5 minutes,add cream in it...now add kofta to boil them for 5 minutes, turn off the flame add kasuri maithi and green coriander on it...

Let's serve hot with chapati, puri, Naan, whatever you want.
