Cut open the coconut shell. Drain the coconut water and set aside.

Beat the egg white in a big bowl. Add in coconut water, milk and sugar. Stir until the sugar completely dissolved.

Place the coconut shell in a bowl. Use kitchen towel to fill the gap and fix the shell in the bowl if needed. Pour the mixture in the coconut through a strainer. Steam for 25 minutes on medium heat.

Serve when warm or after chilled.
