Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water until al dente.

Chop 2 clove gralic and half chilli and 4 cherry tomato cut in small pieces. cut 1-2 anchovie, into a hot olive oiled pan. add One table spoon of capers

Add the pasta from the boiled water into the pan to lightly fry like a fried noodle style. add pasta water 1-2 cooking spoon make it moist, not too dry.

Add wild rocket into the pasta mix and tiny bit of salt. put in 180g of tuna, normally a small tin. add the tuna oil mixture if you wish to get more flavour.

Squeeze half lemon jucie inside the pan.

Mix more fresh wild rocket with olive oil and the other half lemon juice together. top on the hot pasta.
