Ingredients

1 hour and 30 minute
5-10 people
  1. 8eggs yolk
  2. 8white eggs
  3. 1 tspcake emulsifier
  4. 200castor sugar
  5. 300 grcasava tapay
  6. 40 grcondensen milk
  7. 200 grbread/ pastry flour
  8. 30 grmilk powder
  9. 20 grarrowstarch flour
  10. 200 grsalted butter

Steps

1 hour and 30 minute
  1. 1

    Mix egg, cake emulsifier, and sugar till totally blend plae white approx 15 minutes with high speed.

  2. 2

    Add casava tapay, and flour little by little with low speed.

  3. 3

    Preheat oven 350F before around 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Put the melted butter with backward technique, with low energy

  5. 5

    Add more temperature till 358F and bake around 44 minutes. Springkles cheddar cheese and some nuts if you like.
