Ingredients

  • 1 csugar
  • 1/2 coil
  • 2eggs
  • 2 cchopped apples
  • 1 cflour
  • 1 tcinnamon
  • 1 tsoda
  • 1/2 tsalt
  • 1 tvanilla
  • 1/2 cpecans
  • Frosting Ingredients
  • 3 oz.cream cheese
  • 1 boxpowdered sugar or 2 cups
  • 1 tvanilla
  • 2 Tbutter

Steps

    Bake in small cake pan or brownie pan, bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Grandma never gave instructions, but I have literally thrown this together and always comes out awesome, its a very moist cake.
