Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 kgghiya
  • Halfchicken
  • 1-2eggplant
  • 2onion
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2tomatoes
  • 4-5chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 tspcoriander crushed
  • 1 1/2 tspcumin seeds

  1. 1

    Fry onions until golden brown. Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste.

    Add chicken and fry until half done.

    Then add all spices. And cook for 10 mins.

    Add ghiya,mix well and cook until tender.

    Add chillies and cook for 2 mins.
