First boil water with turmeric and salt and switch it of and add the big florets of cauliflower into it. Then statin and chop finely and keep aside.

Now add oil in a pan heat it and add mustard seeds green chilli and curry leaves to it.. let it splutter.Then add the chopped onions to it with salt and cook.

Now add the chopped cauliflower with salt and cook til soft.

To this add homemade panner and mix well.Last add coriander and pudina with lime juice and mix well.

Boil half litre milk stir well so that milk does not stick down. Switch off and add lime juice and pinch of salt. The milk will separate. Now pass it through a sieve and do not throw away the whey water(can be used to make a dough of roti or soup). Now chill the strained panner for 3 hours and panner is ready.
