Wash the turmeric and peel them using knife,grate turmeric,Heat ghee in pan add clove, cinnamon and jeera,

Now add ginger garlic paste,heeng fry for few seconds now add grated haldi and stir fry fir 10 minutes until turmeric softened on low heat,add red chilli powder,garam masala and salt

Add curd stirring constantly until sabji starts to be thicken add boiled green peas and some cashew nuts mix well cook with lid for 5 minutes ready toserve with roti
