Ingredients

45 minutes
6 persons
  1. 1/2 cupCooking oil
  2. 1/2 kgBeef qeema(mince) with 25% fat
  3. 2medium size potatoes cut in pieces
  4. 1green Cardamom
  5. 4black peppercorns
  6. 1large onion finely sliced
  7. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  8. 3medium size tomatoes chopped
  9. 1 & 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  10. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  11. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1 tspCoriander powder
  14. 1/2 tspKashmir red chilli powder
  15. 1/4 cupyogurt (whisked)
  16. 1/2 tspKasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  17. Water as required
  18. 4green chillies
  19. 1 tbspcoriander leaves chopped

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add cooking oil green Cardamom, Black peppercorns and mix it.add onion and fry until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste and mix well after that add Tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Then add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, Turmeric powder,salt, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Now add yogurt and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.then add beef mince and mix well until changes colour.

  5. 5

    Then add fenugreek dried leaves,potatoes and cook for 4 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add water and bring it to boil,cover it and cook on low flame for 20 to 25 minutes.

  7. 7

    Add Green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and cook for 8 minutes

  8. 8

    Now it's ready serve it
