Kofta karhi pakora
Steps

In a pan fry roast gram flour till fragrant and let it cool.

Add roasted gram flour, yogurt and water in a bowl and mix well until smooth and set aside.

In Pot add oil, curry leaves, cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste add water and mix well for two minutes.

Add Turmeric, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.

Add gram flour mixture and mix well. Add water and bring to boil. Then cover it and cook for 1½ hour on low flame and keep stirring In between.

In Pot add all Pakora ingredients in it and mix with water.

Heat up oil and fry all Pakoras until golden and crispy. Add these Pakoras in karhi and cook on low flame.

Then add frozen koftas in a pan stir fry then add into karhi.

In fry pan add oil and onions cook till golden brown. Then add garlic clove slices and all the tarka ingredients.

Now add tarka on karhi and it's ready sprinkle fresh coriander leaves. Kofta karhi pakora Is ready to serve.
