Fine chop veggies.take all-purpose flour and wheat flour in big bowl add salt and carrom seeds.heat 2 tspoon oil for moyan.pour it on flour and make semi soft dough.

Heat Pan add 2tbspoon oil.add green chilli and garlic paste,saute add chopped onion and add cabbage,carrot, capsicum mix well,add black pepper powder, green chilli sauce,red chilli sauce,dark soya sauce.mix well

Cook for five minutes.do not over cook maintain crunch of veggies.allow it to cool down. Take dough divide it into small portions roll puri and divide it into semi circle.

Fill the stuffing into samosa and deep fry it till golden brown.oil should not be very hot. Serve with tomato sauce.
