1. Ingredients for filling - You can also add yellow and red bell peppers.

In a bowl add all veggies, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, oregano, chilli flakes, mixed herbs and salt to taste and mix well. Keep this filling in freezer for 15 minutes to cool. Meanwhile prepare Tacos.

2. For Tacos - In a bowl add maida, corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chilli flakes and oregano and knead well with water. Dough should be soft but a bit stiff. Divide the dough in 14 equal parts.

Make thin chappatis and poke holes on both sides using a fork. Fry on low - medium flame only.

Let the fried Tacos have cool down completely.

Now stuff the Tacos, sprinkle oregano and serve it with any dip of your choice.
