Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 5-6 Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1/2 cupcorn starch
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic crushed
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the cauliflower florets properly with salt.

    Collect all other ingredients and make a medium thick batter.

  3. 3

    Keep cauliflower florets in that batter for some time meanwhile heat up the oil in the pan. Deep fry all florets properly. Serve hot.
